I am declaring it "Tomato Day" here at Fish and Veggies. Heirloom tomatoes (shown above) are surprisingly beautiful. A huge bin of these juicy devils stopped me in my tracks at my local Whole Foods. I squished. I drooled. I purchased. They taste like normal tomatoes on crack. Just slice and sprinkle with olive oil and salt. A delicious snack/salad in seconds.
